Sadhana means daily spiritual practice.

The Aquarian sadhana is a 2.5 hour practice to be done in the early morning hours before the rising of the sun. The idea behind this 2.5 hour practice: if you give the first 10th of your day to the Infinite, the Infinite will cover you for the rest of the day. Sadhana at Kundalini Yoga Durham begins at 5:00 a.m.
The Aquarian sadhana has 3 parts: reading Japji, (a morning reflection from the Sikh faith); doing a Kundalini yoga kriya; meditating for 62 minutes by chanting 7 specific mantras.
Sadhana is always free of charge. Copies of Japji and the meditation mantras are available at the studio. Anyone is free
to join!
If you are interested in attending, please e-mail Keval Kaur at keval@yogaforyouth.org. In-person sadhana is from 5:00-7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at
1215 Carroll St studio. Please bring a head covering.
