Sadhana means daily spiritual practice.
Yogi Bhajan gave us the Aquarian sadhana – a 2.5 hour practice to be done in the early morning hours before the rising of the sun. Yogi Bhajan taught that if you give the first 10th of your day to the Infinite, the Infinite will cover you for the rest of the day.
The Aquarian sadhana has 3 parts: reading Japji, (a morning reflection from the Sikh faith); doing a Kundalini yoga kriya; meditating for 62 minutes by chanting 7 specific mantras.
Sadhana is always free of charge. Copies of Japji and the meditation mantras are available at the studio. Anyone is free to join!
