Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. See the Studio Calendar for dates.

The Aquarian sadhana is a 2.5 hour practice to be done in the early morning hours before the rising of the sun. The idea behind this 2.5 hour practice: if you give the first 10th of your day to the Infinite, the Infinite will cover you for the rest of the day. Sadhana at Kundalini Yoga Durham is offered online via Zoom and begins at 5:00 a.m.
The Aquarian sadhana has 3 parts: reading Japji, (a morning reflection from the Sikh faith); doing a Kundalini yoga kriya; meditating for 62 minutes by chanting 7 specific mantras.
Sadhana is always free of charge. Anyone is free
to join!
