"When a friend suggested that I take Y.O.G.A. for Youth Teacher Training, I wasn't sure if I needed to take another training. I taught highschool science for 15 years and had over 1000 hours of yoga training and was already teaching kids yoga. However, taking the training was the best decision that I made. It transformed my yoga teaching, not just for youth and also adults. I am grateful for the training and the tools to provide a complete yoga practice."

"The Y.O.G.A. for Youth teacher training exceeded my expectations. Not only was the content of the course invaluable, the way the information was delivered and the space that was created by our cohort was so special to me. The intentions and information shared in this training, not only prepared me to teach yoga to young people, but it made me a more aware and informed human being. I am so grateful!"
