Discover new ways for moving with more comfort, ease, and less effort. The Feldenkrais Method is a system of body awareness that uses soft, gentle movements. Recognize and improve movement patterns. Leverage your brain’s ability to re-organize itself. If you know what you’re doing, you can do what you want. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat and towel.
