Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
The KRI Level One Aquarian Teacher Training Program is a 220-hour professional certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. An interactive course in the theory, practice, and basic skills of a Kundalini Yoga instructor, it includes 180 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of independent study: curriculum projects, a 40-day meditation, a 40-day sadhana and you will experience White Tantric Yoga. Graduates of Level One earn the title of KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. This course fulfills the Yoga Alliance’s 220-hour national standard for a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

Intro to Level 1 Teacher Training
There are three levels of certification:
KRI Level One: Foundations and Awakening – Instructor
KRI Level Two: Transformation – Practitioner
KRI Level Three: Realization – Teacher

How do I apply for the course?
1. Download, print, and fill in this Application Form
2. Email your completed Application Form to: kundaliniyogadurham@gmail.com
3. Submit your non-refundable deposit of $300 using the button below. This deposit will be applied toward your total course fee.
What is the cost of the training?
Early-bird rate: $3,500 if paid in full by December 15, 2026
**If paying via PayPal/credit card on the website, the PayPal fee of $122 will be added to your payment. To avoid this fee, you can pay via check, cash, or Venmo (@Keval-Khalsa).

Course Fee does not include cost for the following certification requirements:

20 Kundalini Yoga classes

1 day of White Tantric Yoga or alternative
Refund Policy:
A refund of 1/2 the total course fee will be returned if the student discontinues the course before the third weekend (March 12-14). After this time, no refunds are granted.
