Service Description

Discover new ways for moving with more comfort, ease, and less effort. The Feldenkrais Method is a system of body awareness that uses soft, gentle movements. Recognize and improve movement patterns. Leverage your brain’s ability to re-organize itself. If you know what you’re doing, you can do what you want. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat and towel. Jody McAuliffe, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, is excited to share this extraordinary way of thinking, moving, sensing and feeling with new students. The Feldenkrais Method has changed her self-image and way of being in the world, helped her organize herself more efficiently and live relatively pain-free. In her other life, she’s an award-winning director, writer, adapter, dramaturg, translator, scholar and teacher whose artistic work has been seen across the country.
