Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, uses movement, sound, breath, and meditation to stimulate the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility. This powerful yoga is a great way to recharge and heal your mind and body quickly.
This class explores the magic of Kundalini yoga and meditation combined with the healing vibration of Sound Current. It centers the mind and opens the spirit, bringing a feeling of well-being and happiness.
Aubrey Dea Zinaich/Preet Ardas Kaur began her practice in Kundalini Yoga four years ago when her life became overwhelmed with moments of anxiety, depression and fatigue. She knew from her first experience with Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, that she had found her path. Aubrey’s special interests include the daily morning practice of Sadhana, mantra & sound current and Kundalini & Buddhist meditation.
Aubrey is a Durham Restauranteur & Sommelier. She enjoys spending time connecting with like-minded people in her community & working toward creating a more tolerant and open environment where all people can come together to have a voice. She believes that “Happiness is our Birthright” as taught by Yogi Bhajan.®
